By accessing or using FrunkLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

FrunkLab provides:

• A web-based design studio for creating custom Tesla wrap designs
• AI-powered wrap generation using text prompts
• A community gallery to share and discover wrap designs
• An audio library for pairing sounds with wrap designs
• Export functionality for wrap designs

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Wrap designs created using this Service are intended for personal use with Tesla's in-vehicle display customization features. We make no representations about compatibility with Tesla's systems or any warranties related to Tesla vehicles.

Vehicle templates provided are artistic representations for design purposes only and may not exactly match actual Tesla vehicle dimensions or proportions.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Maintain only one account per person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Do not upload copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use. This includes logos, characters, artwork, or other protected content owned by third parties.

When creating and sharing designs, you agree not to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliation
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes violence or illegal activities

All designs submitted for publication are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your private designs will be removed. Published designs may be retained in anonymized form unless you request their removal prior to account deletion.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Sending an email notification to registered users
• Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
