Thank you: the community that is building FrunkLab with me
FrunkLab has grown faster this fall than I ever expected, and the best part is who is behind it. A thank-you, a few of my favorite community wraps, an invitation to start posting your own, and what comes next. Live and learn.

I want to start with a simple thank you.
This fall FrunkLab grew faster than I ever planned for. More of you are opening the studio, more of you are designing on the 3D car, and more of you are putting your wraps on your own Tesla's screen. I check the gallery every morning, and every morning there is something new in it that I could not have made myself. That is the whole reason I built this.
So before anything else: thank you. For trying it, for sticking with it when something was rough around the edges, and for telling me when it was.
Wraps from the community I keep coming back to
These are a few designs from community creators that made me stop scrolling. Every one of them is free to open, remix and download, and each creator has a profile with the rest of their work.
- Playful Crayon Doodle by @xujiaxin1988. A Model Y that looks like it was colored in by the happiest kid on the block. I smile every time it comes up.
- Neon Circuit Pulse by @jennifer_gerk. Clean neon lines that follow the body of the Model Y instead of fighting it. This is how you do a tech look.
- Cardinal Bulldog Varsity by @benitosalazar89. Team colors done right on a new Model Y. It is the kind of wrap you would wear to the game.
- Frosted Fantasy Sparkle by @venkata_sateesh_pent. Venkata has been one of our most consistent creators, and this frosty Model Y is my favorite of the bunch. Go look at the whole profile.
- Event Horizon Nebula by @sjbechner. Deep space on a Cybertruck. Those flat stainless panels turn out to be a perfect canvas for a galaxy.
- Arctic Splinter Storm by @kernel_wrap. Sharp, icy and a little aggressive. Kernel-Wrap has a real range, from this to some very loud racers.
- Swedish M90 Camo by @kite. Splinter camo on a Cybertruck makes so much sense I am surprised it took this long.
- Titanium Carbon Shift by @vinit_patel. Understated and expensive looking on a Model 3 Highland. Proof that a wrap does not have to shout.
- Blue Comic Book Adventure by @wang_bin. Comic panels across a whole Model Y. It reads like a story as you walk around the car.
- Spooky Halloween Ghost by @aaron_vizena. Just in time for October, and a great reason to pair it with a Halloween lock sound.
If one of these is yours: thank you for sharing it. You set the bar for everyone who comes next.
Your turn: post your wraps
I am genuinely excited for more of you to start posting. The gallery is better with every design that goes in it, and someone out there is looking for exactly the wrap you already made.
Sharing takes a minute. Open any design you have saved, tap Submit to Gallery, and once it is reviewed it shows up for everyone, with your name on it and a link to your profile. From your Account page you can customize your creator page with a featured car and a theme, so people can find the rest of your work. Browse the creators directory for inspiration. Others can remix your wrap, and when they do, you get the credit.
There is no wrong kind of wrap. Clean and subtle, loud and chaotic, your team, your favorite season, your dog. Put it up.
What comes next
I am going to keep building and keep improving FrunkLab, and a lot of what I build next will come straight from what you tell me. Some things I shipped this year worked right away. Some needed a second try, or a third. That is fine with me. Live and learn has been my mantra since the first version of this site, and it is not changing.
What I can promise is that I will keep listening. If something is confusing, broken, or missing, tell me through the contact page. I read every message.
Thank you for being here early. Let's keep growing.
Jared, founder of FrunkLab
